The AVN7000’s navigation system is by far one of the best navigation systems available in the aftermarket. Displayed prominently on the hi-res 7″ flip-out touch screen TFT, using a super-quick Ultima Engine processor, the AVN7000 is able to calculate routes and scan through 4 million POI’s with ease. You can even scale the map area from as high as 250 miles all the way down to street level at an amazing 150 feet!

The AVN700 plays DVDs and CDs, as well as MP3 and WMA-encoded CD-R/RWs. It also features a Magic Gate Memory Stick interface behind the faceplate for use with Eclipse’s customizable E-iServe technology, ATRAC3 music files, and the Eclipse ESN radio security protection system. For the audiophile, the AVN700 offers a high performance DSP with a 7-band parametric EQ, digital time alignment to even-out speaker distance differences, a customizable internal crossover section, a listening position selector, and a 24-bit Delta-Sigma D/A converter! Three RCA preamp outputs offer seamless expansion to an amplified system, or the 50 watts x 4 (max) internal amplifier can deliver enough power to bring out the best in any car speaker.

You can even expand your AVN700 with optional accessories to control an iPod, tune in HD radio or satellite radio, or add a TV-Tuner for local broadcast reception! Connect the optional DCU105 surround processor to expand the functionality of your AVN7000 - 5.1 surround sound, 5-volt preamp outputs, EQ and Crossover Pro, E-iServe technology, and much, much more! The AVN7000 is a great system out of the box with excellent flexibility to expand to meet your immediate or future mobile electronics needs.
