JVC Arsenal KD-AR870 CD Receiver With MP3
Boasting high-end audio performance and loaded with features, the Arsenal KD-AR870 CD receiver will inject some wow into your car audio system. This versatile receiver offers a wide range of expansion capabilities, along with a bright, clear three-line text display that makes it a snap to find your favorite music files. And JVC’s Personalized Image Capture Technology (PICT) lets you load your own images onto the display for your own unique look.The Burr-Brown digital-to-analog converter ensures pristine musical reproduction of your favorite tunes. Switch to the iEQ equalizer for 13 preset EQ curves and the ability to adjust the lows, mids, and highs by level and by frequency. Store your favorite settings and they’ll always be on hand.
A handy front-panel USB input makes it easy to plug in your favorite music files, or you can enjoy those MP3 and WMA files burned onto discs. You can control your iPod® from the receiver’s front panel with JVC’s optional iPod adapter, or enter the world of satellite radio by adding a tuner, antenna, and subscription. Not enough? You can even add on an optional auxiliary input or CD changer.
If you want to take your system to the next level with external amps, the KD-AR870 features three sets of preamp outputs (5-volt for the front and rear, 2-volt for the subwoofer,) along with a built-in low-pass filter and a subwoofer level control. You can also turn off the internal amp for the cleanest possible sound from your amps.
